Understanding your needs
  • We will discuss the project with you to determine budget, finance (if required), time frame, styles and colour schemes
  • After your free measure we will design your new project at the showroom and invite you in for a presentation
  • If you don't already have your own trade professional to install the project for you, we can quote you for install and materials

Presentation
  • We will invite you to the showroom to view your designs, this will help you fully visualise your project. We will go though the designs, samples and quotation.
  • We want to get it right for you first time. This is our best opportunity to go through all possible options for your space.
  • If you are happy with your design and product selections and you are ready to move ahead, we will ask you for an advanced deposit to secure the order.

Final stages
  • When you have confirmed your selection, we will ask you to complete an order confirmation sheet as a final check your choices.
  • Your delivery date will be arranged for your products, and an you can look forward to your installation
  • We're there if you need us throughout every step of the way until your project is fully completed. Don't forget to ask about our referal scheme

Following up
  • If an agreement hasn't been fully reached by the end of our first appointment and you still haven't fully decided. We can book another appointment to revisit the project until you are 100% happy
  • Don't be afraid to contact us along the way if you have any questions or queries, were always happy to help
  • We know circumstances can change, if we don't hear from you, we will reach out by telephone or email for updates on the project, we appreciate you keeping in touch with us our time is valuable

  • Decided to detour? If you have looked elsewhere with a different supplier and believe you have a competitive quote. Get in touch with us, we will beat any like for like quote, guaranteed
  • Be cautious when getting other quotes. There are many factors that can affect the overall project price. If you have a cheaper quote it may mean the product quality isn't the same. The devil can be in the details!
  • Remember if it seams to good to be true, it probably is! We're happy to cast our industry trained eagle-eye over your quote to show you where the differences usually lie. If there aren't any, we will beat it anyway, its a win-win.
